Track your order
Every order has a page in My orders with each seller's part, its status and tracking number, and after delivery: reviews, returns and the invoice.
All your orders are in My orders, newest first. Because an order is split into one part per seller, the order page shows each part on its own: the seller, its status, its items and its parcel.
Open your order
- Open My account, then My orders.
- Press the order number (it starts with O-) to open its page.
- Under each seller you see the part's status, and the tracking number once it's shipped.
What each status means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | An online order waiting for your payment, for up to 30 minutes. |
| Waiting for the seller | The seller has 48 hours to accept. You can still cancel, no questions asked. |
| The seller is preparing it | The seller accepted and is getting it ready to ship by the date they promised. |
| Shipped | Handed to the courier; the tracking number appears once the seller adds it. |
| Delivered | It reached you. You can now review it, return it within the period and download the invoice. |
| Cancelled | This part was cancelled; the page shows who cancelled it and why. |
The tracking number
When a seller ships their part, the page shows the Tracking number with the courier's name, and a Track the shipment link when the seller adds one. When the seller ships with a courier connected to the store, the courier's scans update your order by themselves: collection marks it Shipped, and handover marks it Delivered.
After delivery
- Review product and Rate the seller to help others choose.
- Return items, with your last day shown as Returnable until ….
- The seller's Tax invoice for each part, and a Credit note for any refund.
- For Direct from China orders, you also see Inspection photos of your order before shipping.
