The Majyk Danya guarantee
Every order is protected from payment until after delivery, and offers with guarantee badges add credit for late delivery and for price drops within 14 days.
You buy from independent sellers, but Majyk Danya stands with you on every order. Some protections cover every order, no exceptions; others are extra guarantees a seller chooses and pays for from their own balance, shown as badges on their offers.
Protection on every order

| Money held until you're safe | Sellers are paid for your order only after delivery and after the return period ends. |
Extra guarantees on offers

| Guaranteed delivery | If the seller's part arrives after the date you were promised (with one day's grace), you get 10% of what you paid for that part as store credit, automatically. This badge doesn't appear on offers marked Stored and delivered by Majyk Danya, and their orders aren't covered by this credit. |
| 14-day price protection | If the seller lowers the price of the same offer within 14 days of your order, the difference on each unit comes back to you as credit automatically, without asking. |
| Open before paying | With cash on delivery, you open the parcel in front of the courier; if you don't like it, you hand it back and pay nothing. |
You find these badges in the buy box on the product page. The guarantee that applies to your order is the one the seller had when you ordered, even if they change it later.
How the credit reaches you
- The credit is added to My wallet, and you get a Credit added to your wallet notification.
- Late-delivery credit is worked out on the day the part is delivered and is available at once.
- Price protection covers retail purchases, not wholesale prices, and is given once per part of the order, as long as the offer is still on sale and the part isn't cancelled.
- The seller pays for these guarantees from their own balance, and you spend the credit on your next orders in the same country.
