The platform

Majyk Danya is an online marketplace of independent sellers. The seller is the one named on the product; the platform is run by MAJYK DANYA FOR ONLINE SELLING, GBH Building, Al Rasheed Road, Al Baraha, Deira, Dubai.

Ordering and paying

Prices include VAT where shown. Payment is online through licensed payment providers, or cash on delivery where offered.

If the seller doesn't accept your order within 48 hours, it is cancelled by itself and refunded. If shipping is late, you can cancel.

Returns

You can return within the return period shown for your country from delivery, except items that can't be returned by nature (marked on the product).

If the seller was at fault (damaged, wrong, not as described), you get everything back including delivery.

Contact

All contact with sellers happens inside the platform. Swapping numbers, emails or links isn't allowed, and trying pauses chat for your account.

Majyk Danya is not responsible for any agreement made outside the platform.

Reviews

Only buyers who received an item can review it. Paid or false reviews aren't allowed and are removed.

You are responsible for your password. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.
