Shipping and delivery

Each seller prepares and ships their own part of your order, while Majyk Danya keeps track of the dates and protects you if someone is late. Here is what you see before buying and what happens after.

Arrival dates

You see the expected arrival date (such as Arrives Thursday) on product cards in search and categories, in the buy box on the product page, and for each item in your cart. It is worked out from the seller's own preparation and delivery days, if you order now.

Delivery charges

• Each offer's delivery charge shows on the product page and for each item in your cart; Free delivery shows when the seller offers it.
• To make offers easy to compare, the main price in the buy box includes delivery, with the delivery charge written under it.
• The charge is counted once per product line in your cart, whatever the quantity.
• Majyk Plus members get free delivery from sellers who take part in the members' benefits.

One cart, several parcels

You pay for your whole cart at once, but the order is split into one part per seller, and items marked Stored and delivered by Majyk Danya ship from our warehouse as a parcel of their own. Each part has its own status and tracking number, and the parcels may arrive on different days. With cash on delivery, you pay for each parcel as it arrives.

Couriers and tracking

• A seller must accept their part within 48 hours and ship it by the date they promised. If they're late, you can cancel their part.
• The seller ships with the courier they choose and adds the tracking number to your order.
• With couriers connected to the store, your order's status updates by itself from the courier's scans. Track your order

An address the courier can find

• Enter your full name and Mobile number (for delivery) so the courier can call you.
• Fill in the city, area and street, add the building and flat, and Notes for the courier such as a nearby landmark.
• Press Pin my location so the courier comes to your exact spot. In some countries you can fill in your whole address from a Short address code.
• We save each order's address and use it to fill in your next one; see or remove your saved addresses in My addresses.
