How to place an order
From finding a product to placing the order: add what you want to your cart, enter a delivery address and choose a payment method offered in your country.
Majyk Danya is an online marketplace that brings independent, verified sellers together in one place. The seller is the one named on the product; Majyk Danya runs the store and protects your order from payment until after delivery. One cart can hold items from several sellers, and you place them all as a single order.
Find the product
- Type the product's name, brand or product number in search.
- Browse the categories if you don't know the exact name.
- Tap the camera button (Photo) to search with a picture: take one or upload one, and we show you the products that look like it.
Check the product page
The buy box next to the pictures has what matters: the price with VAT, the delivery charge, the date it arrives if you order now, the stock, the seller's name and the return period in your country. If other sellers offer the same product, their offers appear on the same page so you can compare.
Add to cart and place the order
- Press Add to cart, or Buy now to go straight to checkout.
- Open your cart. Items are grouped by seller, each with its arrival date and delivery charge. Change a quantity with More and Less, or take an item out with Remove.
- Press Proceed to checkout. If you aren't signed in, the store asks you to sign in first; your cart stays as it is.
- On the Checkout page, enter your delivery address and mobile number, or choose a pickup point where your country has them. We fill in the address you used last time.
- If you have store credit, leave Use my credit ticked to take it off the total.
- Choose how to pay, then press Place order.
After you order
With cash on delivery you go straight to your order page. Paying online takes you to the secure payment page, and you have 30 minutes to pay. Your order gets a number starting with O-, and you can always find it in My orders. The order is split into one part per seller, each with its own status and parcel, and every seller must accept their part within 48 hours of receiving it, or it is cancelled automatically.
