Reviews and seller ratings
Only people who bought and received a product can review it. Write your review with photos or a video, rate the seller separately, and see what's allowed and how we keep reviews genuine.

Reviews on Majyk Danya come only from real buyers: nobody can review a product unless they bought it and the order was delivered, which is why every review carries Verified purchase. You can review each product once.
Review a product
- After delivery, press Review product on your order page, or Write a review on the product page.
- Pick the stars, add a title if you like, and write what you liked and didn't.
- Add up to 6 photos (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB) and one video (MP4, WebM or MOV, up to 40 MB).
- Press Post review. Only your first name and the initial of your last name are shown.
What's allowed
- Talk about the product itself: its quality, whether it matches the description, how you use it.
- Phone numbers, emails, links and messaging apps aren't allowed in the text or pictures, and the store won't post them.
- Reviews in exchange for a free product, a discount or a refund aren't allowed, and paid or false reviews are removed.
- Some reviews are posted after a quick check, such as those with a video or repeated wording; you then see Got it. Your review shows once we've checked it.
Rate the seller
Rating the seller is separate from reviewing the product and is about packing, speed and service. After each part is delivered, the order page shows Rate the seller: pick the stars, answer Arrived on time? and As described?, add a comment if you like, then press Send rating. A seller's rating is worked out from the last 12 months.
When a seller asks for your opinion
A seller can ask for your opinion only once per part of your order, between 5 and 30 days after delivery, and not if you've already rated them. The request reaches you as a fixed Majyk Danya notification, How was your order?, not a message the seller writes. Answering is entirely up to you, and no seller may offer you anything for a review or ask you to change one.
Helpful and Report
- Press Helpful on reviews that helped you, so the most useful show first.
- Press Report if a review is fake, offensive, has a number or link, or isn't about the product. If 3 buyers report it, it's hidden until our team checks it.
- The seller can post one public reply to each review, shown as Seller's reply.
