Cancel an order
You cancel each seller's part on its own: freely while it waits for the seller, or when the seller is late shipping. The store cancels automatically what a seller doesn't accept within 48 hours.

Each seller ships their own part of your order, so you cancel part by part. You can cancel one seller's part and keep the others.
When you can cancel
| Part's status | Can you cancel? |
|---|---|
| Waiting for the seller | Yes, any time before the seller accepts it. |
| The seller is preparing it | Only if the seller is past the shipping date they promised; the page tells you. |
| Shipped | No. With Open before paying on a cash order you can refuse it at the door; otherwise return it after delivery. |
| Delivered | No; start a return instead. |
| Awaiting payment | No need: if you don't pay within 30 minutes, the whole order cancels itself. |
