Who we are

The store is run by MAJYK DANYA FOR ONLINE SELLING, GBH Building, Al Rasheed Road, Al Baraha, Deira, Dubai. Questions about your data: privacy@majykdanya.com.

What we collect

Account: your name, email and password (stored as a one-way hash).

Delivery: your address and phone number, or the pickup point you chose.

Orders, returns, invoices and payments. Card numbers never reach us: the payment provider takes them.

Business accounts: company name, registration number and the documents you upload, sealed with a key only our review team holds.

What you write or upload: messages with sellers, reviews with their photos and videos, product requests, live-show chat. All of it is checked to stop contact details being swapped off the platform.

Search by photo: the photo is never stored or sent anywhere. We turn it into numbers describing the product's look, kept in memory for at most 30 minutes.

Shopping assistant: only your question and product content go to the AI provider, never your name, address or orders. Voice search uses your browser's own speech feature.

Why we use it

To take, deliver and refund your orders (performing our contract with you).

To protect the store from fraud and abuse, and to keep the invoices tax law requires (legal duty and legitimate interest).

Alerts you ask for (price drops, back in stock, a show starting), only because you asked.

Who we share it with

The seller you bought from: your name, address and phone to deliver, for their orders only.

Couriers and pickup points, and payment and instalment providers, as far as they need.

Providers running the service for us: hosting (a server in the European Union), email, the live video service, AI (without your personal data).

Authorities when the law requires.

We never sell your data, and there is no ad tracking from other sites.

Cookies

We use only the necessary ones: sign-in, cart, language and country.

A "share and earn" cookie (7 days) tells us you came from someone's shared link, so they get their reward. In some countries we ask your consent first.

How long we keep it

Your account for as long as it is open.

Invoices, order amounts and payments for as long as tax law requires, even after your account is deleted, but without your name.

Held messages stay with our review team to investigate abuse.

Your rights

Download a copy of your data at any time, correct it, and delete your account: My account → My data and privacy.

Object to any use or withdraw consent by emailing privacy@majykdanya.com.

If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Age

Accounts are for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

If we change anything important, we tell you in the store or by email before it applies.
