Can't find it? Describe it or photograph it, and sellers in your country answer with their products or wholesale quotes, on the platform.

If you can't find a product in the store, post a request describing it. Every seller in your country sees it and answers here with one of their products, or with a wholesale quote if yours is a verified business account.

Posting a request

  1. Open Request a product. If you're not signed in, tap Sign in to ask.
  2. Under What do you want? describe the product in at least 3 characters, and add Details such as colour, size and brand.
  3. Add a photo if you can: Upload a photo or Take a photo with your phone's camera. JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB.
  4. Pick the category if you know it (or Not sure), the Quantity, and if you like the Highest price per item, delivery included.
  5. Tap Post request.

Your name and details are never shown on the request board, and sellers answer on the platform.

Sellers' answers

  • One of the seller's products on sale in your country, with Their price.
  • A Wholesale quote: a price per item from a minimum quantity. It's only offered on requests from verified businesses, marked Wholesale request.
  • A short note from the seller, checked for contact details the same way.

When new answers arrive, their number shows next to My requests in My account.

When an answer suits you

  1. Tap View product to open the proposed product's page.
  2. Add it to your cart and order it like any product: payment, delivery, returns and protection all work as usual.
  3. For a business account: on the product page, use Ask the seller for a quote to continue in Messages.
  4. Once you've found what you wanted, tap I found it, close the request.

Me too, and limits

  • If someone asked for something you want too, tap Me too. Sellers see how many people want it, which makes them keener to bring it.
  • Under It may already be here we show products on sale now that look like your request.
  • A request stays open for 30 days unless you close it.
  • You can have up to 10 open requests at a time, and post up to 5 new ones a day.
