Shop safely

We built Majyk Danya so you can shop with peace of mind: verified sellers, payments through licensed providers and protected contact inside the platform. A few simple habits on your side complete that protection.

Golden rules

• Pay only inside the store, from checkout or from your order page.
• Never pay a seller directly or outside the platform. Anything paid outside isn't protected, and Majyk Danya isn't responsible for any agreement made outside it.
• Majyk Danya never asks for your password or verification codes, not by phone, message or email. The code we text you is only for you to sign in.
• Enter your card details only on the payment provider's page the store takes you to. We never see or store your card number.
• Make sure you're on our store at shop.majykdanya.com before you sign in.

Why contact details are blocked

In messages, reviews, return details and live-show chat, the store blocks phone numbers, emails, links and messaging apps, in text and in pictures too. That way everything stays recorded and protected on the platform. Trying to swap them pauses messaging for the account and alerts our team.

Ask the seller inside the store

• Any signed-in buyer can message the seller: Ask the seller a question on the product page, or Message the seller about this order on your order page. You never need any other way to reach them.
• The conversation stays in Messages with the product or order number. In messages the seller sees only your first name and country (or your company name if your business account is verified), never your email.
• A seller who asks you to talk or pay outside the store is breaking our rules. Don't respond, and tell us from the help center.

Verified sellers, honest prices

• Every seller uploads their licence and ID, and we check them before they sell. Their rating comes from buyers' ratings in the last 12 months.
• Badges such as Lowest price in 30 days and cheaper than other sellers come from prices we record every day, so the figures are real.
• We don't use fake countdowns, and Only … left reflects the real stock.

How to spot a scam

• A message asking you to pay through a link or by transfer to a personal account.
• Anyone asking for a verification code you received, even if they say they're Majyk Danya.
• Prizes, draws or spin-to-win in our name: Majyk Danya never runs chance-based rewards.
• A much cheaper deal on condition that you complete the purchase outside the store.

Protect your account

• Choose a strong password of at least 12 characters that you don't use anywhere else.
• Press Sign out in My account if you used a shared device.
• If you see an order you didn't place, or anything looks wrong, contact us at once from the help center.
