Live shopping
Watch sellers show their products live, ask in the chat, and add what you like to your cart from the same page.
In Live, sellers show their products on video. Shows that are Live now come first, then upcoming ones with their start time.
Watching a show
- Open Live from the bubbles at the top of the page or from the live page.
- Pick a show marked Live now to watch. You don't need to sign in to watch.
- The product the seller is showing right now appears under the video, marked Showing now, with its price.
- Below the show, In this show lists every product the seller is presenting.
Buying during a show
Tap Add to cart next to any product in stock without leaving the show. The price shown is the item's price; delivery and the total appear in your cart and at checkout. From then on it's an ordinary store order: the same payment methods, tracking, returns and protection.
The chat
- Sign in to ask questions (Sign in to chat). Everyone sees the messages, and the seller answers live.
- Messages are up to 300 characters, one every 2 seconds.
- No numbers, emails or links. A message with contact details is held back, and chat is paused for your account.
Reminders for upcoming shows
- Open a show that hasn't started yet.
- Tap Remind me.
- When it starts, you get The live show has started in Notifications, which opens the show.
