Wholesale prices and quotes
How wholesale prices, minimum quantities and price tiers work, and how to ask for a quote or about export, with all contact kept on the platform.

Wholesale prices show only to verified business accounts. Everyone else sees retail prices only, and offers sold wholesale only are hidden from them. If you don't have a business account yet, see Business accounts.
Price, minimum quantity and tiers
On a product page you see Minimum order: X and the retail price if there is one, with Wholesale tiers below (from X items). The cart picks the price automatically from the quantity:

Asking for a quote
- On the product page, under the seller's offer, tap Ask the seller for a quote. It's there for every seller of the product.
- Enter the Quantity (it starts at the minimum), and choose the Destination country (export) if the seller exports.
- Write your message and send it. The conversation continues in Messages.
- To buy, add the quantity to your cart from the product page and pay at checkout. Orders go through at the offer's listed prices and tiers.
If you can't find what you need, post a wholesale request through Request any product, and sellers answer with wholesale quotes.
Exporting to another country
- Some offers are available for export to wholesale buyers in other countries; the seller decides which countries.
- These offers show What will it cost at my door? (export calculator): choose the country and quantity and tap Calculate to see the goods, estimated international shipping, customs duty, import VAT, the total to your warehouse door and the price per unit.
- The calculator is an estimate from the country's general rates; actual duty depends on how customs classifies the product. Confirm details with the seller and check the current rules in your country.
Contact stays on the platform
- No phone numbers, emails, links or messaging accounts, not even in pictures. Messages are checked automatically, including text and QR codes inside pictures.
- A message with contact details isn't delivered, and messaging is paused on your account until our team contacts you.
