Available credit and credit on its way

The top of the wallet shows two amounts: Available credit, which you can spend now, and Credit on its way, which waits for the return window of the order it came from and then becomes available by itself. Below them is a record of every entry with its date and order number.

Spending credit at checkout

  1. Go through to checkout.
  2. If you have available credit, Use my credit appears with the amount, already ticked. Untick it if you'd rather keep it.
  3. The credit is taken first and you pay the rest with the method you choose. If it covers the whole order, the order is paid in full from your credit.

Good to know

  • Credit belongs to a country and its currency: what you earn in one country's store is spent on orders there. To see your credit in another country, change the delivery country at the top of the page.
  • Credit is spent on orders only. It can't be withdrawn as cash or moved to a card, a bank account or another person.
  • An account holding credit can't be deleted, so spend it first.
