Business accounts (wholesale)
Register your company or shop from any country, or switch the customer account you already have, upload your commercial registration and ID, and once verified you see wholesale prices and can ask sellers for quotes.

The business (wholesale) account is for companies and shops in any country. Once we've checked your commercial registration and ID, the store opens its wholesale side to you alongside retail.
What a verified account opens
- Wholesale prices, minimum quantities and price tiers on every product that has them, plus offers sold wholesale only.
- Ask the seller for a quote on product pages, including export enquiries, followed up in Messages.
- Your posts on the request board show as Wholesale request, so sellers can answer with wholesale quotes.
- Bank transfer and 30-day terms where available. See Bank transfer and 30-day terms.
- A Wholesale badge next to your name at the top of the page.
Signing up as a business
- Open Create an account and choose Business account (wholesale). You can also get there from the Wholesale bubble or Open a wholesale account.
- Enter your name, email and password, choose the country, and add your mobile with its country code (required for businesses).
- Enter the Company name and Commercial registration number, and the Tax number if you have one.
- Attach the Commercial registration and your ID or passport: a PDF or an image (JPG, PNG or WEBP), up to 10 MB each. The form won't send without both.
- Accept the terms of use and tap Create the account.
Switching a customer account to a business account
If you already have a customer account, you don't need a new one. Switch that same account, and your orders, wallet, lists, messages and history stay on it:
- Open My account, scroll to Switch to a business account (wholesale) and tap Switch to a business account.
- Enter the Company name and Commercial registration number, the Tax number if you have one, and your mobile with its country code.
- Attach the Commercial registration and your ID or passport, with the same rules as when signing up as a business.
- Tick to confirm the details are true, then tap Send for review.
- Your request goes through the same review as new business accounts, and you follow its status in My account as in the table below.
- Until we've checked your documents nothing changes: you shop at retail prices as usual. Once verified, you see wholesale prices like any verified business.
- The switch is one way: you can't turn the account back into a customer account yourself.
Verification
Our team reviews your documents by hand once both have arrived. Follow the status in My account:

How we protect your documents
- Your documents are sealed (encrypted) the moment they're uploaded, with a key only our review team holds; the store itself can't open them.
- Only the review team sees them, and every view is logged.
- They're never shown to sellers or other buyers.
