The Direct from China section gathers offers from sellers who ship straight from China, cheapest first. On a product page such an offer carries the Direct from China badge. Prices are low, and delivery takes longer than for local stock.

Delivery times

  • Before you order, check the arrival date on the product page (Arrives ...). It comes from the seller's own preparation and shipping days.
  • Product cards in the section also show the approximate delivery time.
  • Track your order from My orders like any other.

Inspection photos before shipping

  • Before the seller can mark your order as shipped, they must upload at least one photo of your actual order (up to 8).
  • The photos appear on your order page under Inspection photos of your order before shipping.
  • Compare what arrives with the photos. If the item is damaged, wrong or not as described, start a return as usual.

Protection and returns

Orders from this section are ordinary store orders: you pay inside the store, track the order, and returns follow your country's return window and rules. See Returns and refunds and Damaged or wrong item.
