Returns and refunds
Return within your country's return period from delivery. The return is accepted at once, and your money comes back when the seller receives the item, or automatically if they are slow.

Returns on Majyk Danya don't wait for anyone's approval: if your return is within the period and the rules, it is accepted at once, and you see how much comes back before you send anything. The store protects your money if the seller is slow to collect or answer.
The return period
- The period depends on the country and counts from the day your order was delivered.
- You see it on every product page (Returns within … days of delivery) and, after delivery, on your order page (Returnable until …).
- The period of the country the order was placed in applies. Once it ends, you see The return window has closed.
What you can return
- Any item delivered to you, all of it or part of the quantity, for one of these reasons: arrived broken or damaged, doesn't work properly, wrong item, not as described, parts missing, or you changed your mind.
- Some categories can't be returned for a change of mind in some countries (such as food and drink), but they can always be returned if something is wrong.
- For a damaged, faulty, wrong or not-as-described item, add at least one photo showing the problem.
How much comes back

The return form shows the amount under You'll get back before you send the request, and nothing is deducted from it.
Where the money goes

When you're refunded
- When the seller confirms they received the item, the refund is made right then.
- If you chose collection and the seller doesn't send anyone within 7 days, you're refunded and keep the item.
- If you sent it and the seller doesn't receive or refuse it within 10 days of sending, you're refunded automatically.
- When it was the seller's fault and a courier connected to the store collects the return, you may be refunded at the parcel's first scan.
If the seller refuses the return
A seller may refuse a return only after inspecting it, if it came back used or damaged by you, or isn't the same item, and they must give a reason with photos. If you disagree, press I disagree, ask Majyk Danya within 7 days and say why; our team reviews the case and decides, and both sides see the decision.
