Your privacy and data

We collect only what we need to take, deliver and refund your orders, and to protect the store from fraud. We never sell your data, and there's no ad tracking from other sites. The full details are in our privacy notice.

What we keep

• Your account: your name, email or mobile number, and your password stored as a one-way hash.
• Delivery addresses, orders, returns, invoices and payments. Card numbers never reach us.
• What you write or upload: messages, reviews, product requests and live-show chat, all checked to stop contact details being swapped.
• Search by photo: we never store or send your photo; we turn it into numbers describing the product's look, deleted within 30 minutes.

Encryption and who sees your data

Recipients' names, phone numbers, address lines, delivery notes and your map location are stored encrypted, in orders, in My addresses and in gifts. The city and area stay readable because couriers need them. Business accounts' documents are sealed with a key only our review team holds.

Only the seller you bought from sees your name, address and phone, for their orders only, plus couriers, pickup points and payment providers as far as they need. Sellers must use them only for delivery and not keep them after the order and its return period are over.

Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: sign-in, cart, language and country. We add a 7-day share and earn cookie when you arrive through someone's shared link, so they get their reward. In countries whose law requires your consent first, the store asks you: Accept or Necessary only, and you can change your choice any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

Download a copy of your data

1. 1Open My account, then My data and privacy.
2. 2Press Download my data. You get one file with your account, addresses, orders, returns, reviews, messages, lists and credit.

Delete your account

1. 1In My data and privacy, go to Delete my account.
2. 2Type your email (or your mobile number if you signed up with it) to confirm, then press Delete my account.
3. 3The deletion happens after 14 days, and you can change your mind until then with Cancel the deletion.
